Current Status
Construction. Estimated completion Summer 2025.
Project Overview
The Brookhaven Station Rehabilitation project is nearing completion. A major milestone was the replacement of platform pavers in the Fall of 2024. During the six-week Skip Stop from October to November 2024, construction crews removed the 40-year-old, deteriorating pavers on the platform to ensure customer safety and accessibility to the station.

While platform access has been restored, Brookhaven Station is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation to enhance safety, accessibility, and convenience. Additional station improvements include tile replacements, enhancements to the tunnel connecting the parking lot to the station, and the installation of benches and trash receptacles. The project is part of MARTA’s State of Good Repair Program.
